The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas

Project: The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas
Location:
Las Vegas, NV
Designer:
Selbert Perkins Design

A Selbert Perkins design, this property was slated to be condominiums. Working directly with Selbert Perkins, we helped convert the Cosmopolitan hotel into two, 30-story hotel towers, joined by a full casino, retail shops, and restaurants. As cost reductions were needed, our value engineering (VE) experience helped save on material and fabrication techniques. With the help of Boyd, The Cosmopolitan was able to save over a million dollars on their sign package and all 17,000 signs were completed on time. We built and installed over 17,000 signs with zero outstanding items left on their punch list.
