Aspen-Pitkin County Airport

Project: Aspen-Pitkin County Airport

Location: Aspen, CO

Designer: Boyd Sign Systems

Partner: Scott Contracting

As part of Pitkin County’s plan to modernize and expand the Aspen-Pitkin County Airport (ASE), Boyd partnered with Scott Contracting to develop and enhance the airport’s parking infrastructure—focusing on improvements to employee and passenger parking along with upgrades to rental car lots and cell phone waiting areas.

In particular, Boyd oversaw the fabrication and installation of new wayfinding signage to help airport users identify and navigate the airport complex with ease. With its roots in Colorado, Boyd understands the importance of engineering strong, durable exterior signage to withstand the dynamic Rocky Mountain environment, while also building signage to reflect the identity of a mountain community.
