Boyd Sign Systems is always excited to welcome new, talented members to our team. Monique Chavez joined us as our new accounting assistant in mid-2021 and she already feels like family! 

After being recruited by her brother—a fellow member of the Boyd family—Monique has quickly seen what makes this company so special.

Although Monique is still new to the company, she feels Boyd is led with an entrepreneurial spirit. “The environment is just welcoming. They encourage their employees to think, act and innovate. [Our administrative team] ensure the organization’s performance goals are met while the company culture still stays intact.”

New to her field, Monique has enjoyed working alongside every department and has learned so much from everyone around her. She loves diving into special billing projects that require her to dig deep into the past and ensure the accounting is accurate and current.

Monique is a Colorado native from Thornton, and the quickest way to her heart is through almost any kind of Asian food—from Thai to curry to Vietnamese pho. We’re so happy to have Monique on our team!
